AirStructure Co. provides custom inflatable products, branded advertising inflatables, commercial inflatable structures, inflatable event displays, and project-based manufacturing solutions for brands, agencies, event producers, sports organizations, schools, corporate clients, and commercial buyers across the United States and Canada.
Because most AirStructure Co. products are custom-made, project-based, and produced according to client artwork, size requirements, branding needs, delivery timelines, and event use, different policies may apply depending on the product type, order stage, manufacturing status, shipping method, and installation environment.

Custom Products Are Project-Based
Most AirStructure Co. products are manufactured specifically for each client based on size, shape, material, print coverage, artwork, branding requirements, event date, delivery location, and intended use. These products are not standard retail inventory items.
Mockup and Artwork Approval
Production may require customer review and approval of artwork, mockups, specifications, dimensions, colors, print areas, and product details. Customers are responsible for confirming all details before production begins.
Timeline Depends on Project Scope
Production timelines vary based on product size, design complexity, material availability, artwork status, quantity, print coverage, seasonal demand, shipping method, and delivery destination.
Shipping Method Varies by Product
Smaller and lightweight products may be shipped by air for faster delivery. Larger commercial inflatable structures may require ocean freight, ground freight, special packaging, or additional logistics coordination.
Review Products After Delivery
Customers should inspect products promptly after delivery and report any visible shipping damage, missing accessories, or potential manufacturing issues within the inspection period stated on the applicable policy page or project invoice.
Venue and Use Responsibility
Customers are responsible for confirming venue rules, permits, anchoring requirements, weather conditions, power access, blower use, safe installation, supervision, and event-site operation unless AirStructure Co. has agreed in writing to provide specific installation services.

AirStructure Co. projects are usually built around a client’s specific event, artwork, branding, size, material, and delivery requirements. Because each product may be produced differently, customers should understand that the order process may involve multiple approval stages before production begins.
Specifications Must Be Clear
Customers should provide product type, intended use, approximate size, event date, delivery city, artwork, installation environment, and any special requirements before a quote is finalized.
Production May Begin After Confirmation
Written approval, deposit payment, invoice confirmation, mockup approval, purchase order confirmation, or email approval may allow AirStructure Co. to begin production planning or manufacturing.
Changes May Be Limited
Once production begins, changes to size, artwork, material, print placement, accessories, delivery deadline, or product structure may require additional cost or may not be possible.
Shipping, Delivery and Receiving Responsibilities
AirStructure Co. products may be shipped by air, ocean freight, ground carrier, freight truck, courier, or local delivery provider depending on the product size, weight, package volume, destination, and event timeline.
Shipping Method Depends on Product Size
Smaller and lightweight products may qualify for air shipping when faster delivery is needed. Larger event domes, booths, structures, heavy PVC products, or multi-piece projects may require ocean freight or freight carrier delivery.

Customer Must Inspect After Delivery

Permission Is Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for confirming that they have the legal right, license, or permission to use submitted logos, trademarks, product artwork, packaging, or copyrighted content.
Product Tolerance, Inspection and Warranty Overview
Custom inflatable products are soft goods made through printing, cutting, sewing, welding, inflation testing, and packing. Reasonable variation may occur between mockups, digital previews, product references, and final finished products.
