These Custom Inflatable Manufacturing Terms apply to made-to-order inflatable products produced by AirStructure Co., including custom inflatable event domes, inflatable event booths, inflatable product replicas, advertising arches, inflatable games, sports inflatables, inflatable billboards, inflatable tents, branded event furniture, and other commercial inflatable structures.

Because custom inflatable products are manufactured based on client-specific requirements, artwork, size, shape, material, event use, print coverage, and delivery schedule, customers are responsible for reviewing all specifications, mockups, timelines, and project details before approving production.

Important: Once a custom inflatable project is approved for production, changes to size, shape, material, artwork, printing, accessories, or delivery timing may be limited, may require additional cost, or may not be possible.

AirStructure Co. custom inflatable products are not standard retail inventory items. Most products are produced specifically for each customer’s campaign, venue, brand activation, sports event, trade show, retail promotion, festival, school event, corporate event, or commercial use.

Custom inflatable manufacturing often depends on customer-provided artwork and approved mockups. Mockups are visual production references and may not represent every seam, panel, fold, air outlet, zipper, reinforcement point, tie-down location, or exact inflated surface behavior.

File Quality Affects Production

Vector logos, high-resolution artwork, clear brand guidelines, color references, and product reference images help improve accuracy. Low-resolution images may limit print quality or require redesign work.

Customers Must Review Details

Customers should confirm spelling, logo placement, sponsor order, product names, colors, QR codes, event dates, campaign text, and visible design details before approval.

Production Reference

Mockups Are Not Exact Blueprints

Final product appearance may differ from flat digital mockups because inflatable products are soft, curved, dimensional, sewn, welded, printed, and inflated structures.

Artwork responsibility: Customer-approved artwork errors, spelling errors, incorrect logos, wrong sponsor order, incorrect URLs, or approved design placement may not qualify for free replacement or refund after production.

AirStructure Co. may recommend material options based on product type, size, intended use, event duration, weight needs, printing requirements, budget, and whether the inflatable will be used indoors, outdoors, temporarily, repeatedly, or in high-traffic environments.

AirStructure Co. is not responsible for delays caused by late customer approvals, incomplete artwork, customs holds, carrier delays, venue restrictions, weather events, or force majeure conditions.

Manufacturing Tolerances and Product Variation

Custom inflatable products are soft, flexible, air-supported goods. Because they are made through printing, cutting, stitching, welding, assembly, inflation testing, folding, and packing, reasonable variations may occur in final size, shape, color, print placement, seams, and inflated appearance.
