Branded Advertising Inflatables Terms
These Branded Advertising Inflatables Terms apply to custom inflatable products designed for marketing, sponsorship, product promotion, event branding, retail activation, sports promotion, trade show visibility, experiential marketing, and commercial advertising use.
Covered products may include inflatable product replicas, branded event domes, custom inflatable booths, advertising arches, sponsor billboards, inflatable display walls, inflatable games, sports activations, branded tents, event furniture, and other promotional inflatable structures produced with customer-provided artwork, logos, campaign graphics, or sponsor messaging.
Products Covered by These Advertising Terms

Advertising inflatables are often highly customized and may include visual content that must be reviewed and approved before production.

Customer-Provided Logos, Trademarks and Artwork
Branded inflatable products often depend on customer-provided artwork. This may include company logos, sponsor marks, product packaging, slogans, mascots, licensed images, event graphics, QR codes, promotional copy, or other intellectual property. Customers must confirm that submitted materials are accurate and legally authorized for use.
| Submitted Content | Customer Responsibility |
|---|---|
| Company logos and brand marks | Customer must confirm that the logos are correct, current, approved, and authorized for use on promotional inflatable products. |
| Sponsor logos and partner graphics | Customer must confirm sponsor order, placement, logo version, usage permission, and approval from all applicable sponsor or partner organizations. |
| Licensed artwork, mascots, product packaging, or character-based content | Customer must confirm that they have proper license, permission, or legal right to reproduce the artwork in inflatable form. |
| Advertising claims, promotional statements, regulated messages, or campaign copy | Customer is responsible for verifying that all claims, statements, disclaimers, and promotional copy comply with applicable laws, industry rules, brand guidelines, and event requirements. |
| QR codes, website URLs, dates, locations, and contact details | Customer must review all text, links, dates, numbers, addresses, and scannable codes before production approval. |
Artwork Approval for Branded Inflatable Products
Customers must carefully review all artwork, mockups, and production references before approval. Branded inflatable products are often viewed by the public, photographed, shared on social media, displayed at events, and used in campaign materials, so accuracy is especially important.
Review All Written Content
Customers should confirm names, slogans, event titles, product names, dates, hashtags, website URLs, phone numbers, disclaimers, and QR codes before production approval.
Confirm Branding Layout
Sponsor order, logo size, logo location, product-facing direction, front/back visibility, and camera-facing placement should be reviewed before approval.
Understand Print Variation
Printed colors may differ from digital screens, brand PDFs, Pantone references, prior print runs, or product packaging due to print method, material surface, and lighting.
Advertising Claims, Regulated Promotions and Public Use
Some branded inflatables are used for beverage promotions, automotive campaigns, sports sponsorships, retail events, political events, school programs, healthcare promotions, financial services, food sampling, contests, giveaways, or other regulated advertising environments. Customers are responsible for confirming that all promotional uses comply with applicable requirements.
Customer Must Verify Promotional Statements
AirStructure Co. does not verify whether advertising claims, product statements, pricing messages, contest language, sponsorship statements, or regulated promotional copy comply with applicable law or industry rules.
- Product claims
- Health or performance claims
- Contest or giveaway language
- Pricing or discount statements
- Regulated sponsorship messaging
Venue and Campaign Rules May Apply
Customers are responsible for confirming event rules, venue restrictions, sponsor requirements, city permits, public-space approvals, school or stadium rules, and advertising placement limitations.
- Venue approval
- City or municipal restrictions
- School or campus policies
- Stadium and sports venue rules
- Festival or expo branding restrictions
Brand Color, Print Placement and Visual Tolerance
Branded advertising inflatables are three-dimensional soft goods. Digital mockups are helpful for layout approval, but final products may look different after printing, cutting, sewing, welding, inflating, lighting, and installation.
| Visual Area | Possible Variation | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Color matching | Printed colors may vary from screens, brand documents, Pantone references, sample photos, or previous production. | Different materials, ink behavior, printing method, lighting, and surface texture can affect final color appearance. |
| Logo placement | Logos may appear slightly shifted, curved, stretched, or visually different on inflated surfaces. | Flat artwork must be applied to curved, flexible, air-filled panels. |
| Seams through artwork | Seams, panels, zippers, blower ports, or reinforcement points may cross or appear near printed graphics. | Structural needs, airflow, safety, and material construction may require specific panel placement. |
| Product replica proportions | An inflatable replica may not perfectly match the exact geometry of a rigid product, package, bottle, can, or box. | Inflatable construction requires air volume, seam allowance, safe shape design, and manufacturable panel layout. |
| Outdoor visibility | Colors and print contrast may appear different in sunlight, shade, rain, night lighting, or indoor expo lighting. | Environmental lighting strongly affects how printed inflatable surfaces are perceived. |
Sponsor and Multi-Brand Projects
Many branded inflatables are produced for events involving multiple sponsors, teams, agencies, vendors, franchise groups, retail partners, or corporate stakeholders. The customer placing the order is responsible for coordinating internal and third-party approvals.
Confirm Logo Hierarchy
Customers should confirm sponsor order, logo size, tier placement, left-to-right layout, front-facing visibility, and any sponsor exclusivity rules before approval.
Coordinate Stakeholder Review
If an agency, sponsor, franchise, school, team, venue, or corporate marketing department must approve artwork, the customer should complete that approval before production.
Changes May Delay Delivery
Sponsor changes, logo swaps, campaign updates, revised brand guidelines, or additional approval rounds may delay production and may create additional cost.
Event Use, Installation and Public Interaction
Branded advertising inflatables are often used in public environments such as festivals, marathons, sports venues, trade shows, outdoor retail spaces, sponsor zones, parking lots, campuses, malls, and experiential marketing events. Customers are responsible for safe event use unless AirStructure Co. has agreed in writing to provide installation services.
Plan for Visibility and Safety
Customers should consider crowd flow, camera angles, staff supervision, emergency access, weather exposure, anchoring points, power access, and surrounding objects before installation.
- Keep walkways and exits clear
- Confirm venue footprint and height limits
- Use appropriate anchoring
- Protect product from sharp objects or rough surfaces
- Monitor public interaction during use
Games Require Extra Supervision
Inflatable games, sports challenges, fan engagement products, and customer-interaction displays should be supervised by trained staff and used according to event-site conditions.
- Manage participant access
- Follow age, weight, or use limitations when applicable
- Monitor blower operation
- Stop use during unsafe weather
- Inspect product during event breaks
Product Photography, Case Studies and Portfolio Use
Branded inflatable projects are visual, public-facing products. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AirStructure Co. may request or use general project photos, renderings, mockups, or production images for internal records, project communication, quality review, portfolio display, or marketing reference, subject to confidentiality requirements agreed in writing.
Images May Help Document Work
Photos and mockups may be used to confirm production details, installation appearance, print placement, event setup, or customer support discussions.
Written Restrictions Should Be Shared Early
If a campaign, product launch, sponsor agreement, or brand activation is confidential, customers should notify AirStructure Co. before production or public sharing.
Limitations Can Be Requested
Customers may request written limitations on portfolio use, case study use, or public display of project images before production approval.
Custom Advertising Order Limitations
Because branded advertising inflatables are made for specific customers, brands, sponsors, campaigns, or events, they may not be resellable, reusable, or returnable as standard inventory. Customers should review all details before confirming production.
Not Standard Inventory
Products featuring customer logos, sponsor graphics, event dates, product packaging, campaign slogans, or custom shapes are generally considered custom-order products.
Plan Ahead for Production
Customers should allow time for artwork approval, production, shipping, customs, inspection, test inflation, event setup, and possible adjustments.
Final Review Is Customer Responsibility
Once a customer approves artwork, specifications, invoice, mockup, or production details, AirStructure Co. may proceed based on that approval.
Related AirStructure Co. Policies
Branded advertising inflatable projects often involve custom manufacturing, artwork approval, shipping, product inspection, event safety, and custom order cancellation rules. Customers should review all related policies before confirming production.
