The warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, improper storage, sharp objects, excessive wind, weather exposure beyond the approved conditions, unauthorized modification, normal wear, or event-site handling damage.
Warranty requests should include clear photos or videos, order information, installation details, and a description of the issue. Each case is reviewed according to the product type, material, use conditions, and confirmed cause.
Customization may include original shape development, scale, color, surface graphics, full-color printing, dimensional details, translucent areas, internal LED lighting, projection-compatible surfaces, suspended rigging points, anchoring systems, modular components, blower configuration, bases, and transport accessories.
